SUMMARY:South Hams H4 Hash 1567 - Crooked Spire
DESCRIPTION:&nbsp\;\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe Words according
 to BOATY\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n&nbsp\;\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
 🌟 👣  🌟\n\nHash 1567 - ERMINGTON\n\nWell! After a week of torrent
ial rain\, almighty gusts and generally awful weather\, it was nice to cir
cle up in what felt like a nice break from the carnage of the extreme weat
her we’ve been having... You will have seen Dimmers' live coverage of t
he seawalls at Torcross being washed away: I showed the footage to the Me
t Office and they have agreed to name the next storm after him\, in honour
of his great work in keeping us all informed\, minute-by-minute!\n\nA r
eally good turnout this week at the Circle Up\; no idea if there were an
y virgins or visitors due to Blown Off not caring - they could still be o
ut there!\n\nMuckspreader and Nice Buns had inside information on the Has
h from my local gamekeeper. Also\, Anchorman was seen spying on the hares
during the laying and\, of course\, claimed it was a complete coincidence
! (Ed. he's obviously been standing too close to Overshot...)\n\nOnce the
Hares had given good instructions on the flour being laid on the left\, r
ight and in the middle there was some chat about there being some busy roa
d crossings\, and then we were off!\n\nA few shenanigans from the Hash :\n
Anchorman pretended he didn’t know where he was going by going the wrong
way from a check at the beginning. (Ed. Cute. None of us were fooled\, An
chorman 🙄)\n\nKeeps Tripping was seen to have a nasty slip in the mud\,
which apparently was his one and only fall since he started hashing (Ed.
I mean\, it's not as though the name might suggest otherwise...).\n\nCowpa
t did a very impressive ninja-style roll and stood back up with not a mark
on her (Ed. what wizardry is this?!) \n\nChing Chong was guided through
the scary tunnel by cheeky Gomez. (Ed. Did you not read the words from Ea
st Allington\, CC??) \n\nDirty Bum Bum was so startled by the llamas that
she stumbled into a massive puddle (Ed. and there were a few of those to
choose from...).\n\nThe beer stop was a real treat: Nutcracker and Twiste
d Sister did a great job. One of the locals came out to see what on earth
was going on - she thought it was a search party\, with all the sparkling
 lights and torches! But Winnie couldn’t even be bothered to go to it\;
she just went back and had some alcohol that was stowed in her car. (Ed.
textbook hashing!).\n\nOther than that\, the Hash was plain sailing: well
marked\, and marshalled at dangerous points. (Ed. Bravo\, hares!) \n\nHek
kel was already back in the pub before everybody else after doing the Lon
g\; Dirty bum bum accused Olive of doing the Short as she was back so qui
ck!\n\nOvershot treated the assembled hash (those that hadn't scarpered e
arly to avoid a down down [pure speculation\, of course...]) - including
an unfortunate table of locals trapped in our midst - to another star RA-i
ng turn\, awarding Down Downs to:\n\n Lowt'arse and Barbarella - for lay
ing the Hash(anti-clockwise...)\n Lady Godiva - for new shoes (Ed. havin
g shamelessly omitted to mention them at Circle Up)\n Cowpat - for her i
mpressive ninja-roll\n Blown off - stood for Winnie’s DIY beer stop\
n Gomez - for leading Ching Chong down a dark passageway\n Dirty bum b
um - for her llama-induced puddle swan-dive\n\nOn on to IVYBRIDGE next we
 ek\n\nPhoto credit: Beefy\n\n🏃 📸 🍻   You can enjoy a few more
