SUMMARY:South Hams H4 Hash 1572 - Leonards Road Car Park
DESCRIPTION:On Down is at The Exchange\n&nbsp\;\n\n&nbsp\;\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\
n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nIOU: The Words according to FILTH\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
 \n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n🌟 👣  🌟\n\n*Tumblewee
 d*\nHash 1572 - IVYBRIDGE\nSo\, after last week's masterful display of Sc
ribe wordsmith-ery\, ribald raconteur Know Nuts has turned Hare\, and thi
s week's appointed Scribe has...disappeared off on holiday!!\n\nOn such oc
casions\, I usually can't resist the opportunity to churn out some lamenta
bly-pale approximation of a substitute report\, but events have conspired
against me this week (you don't need to whoop quite so loudly...)\, so I h
ave only time to say:\n\nLast week's trail\, gallantly laid solo by our fa
vourite moustachio-ed Hare (that week)\, Anchorman\, was a triumphant mast
erclass in trail-laying (apart from the very slight is it Short?/is it bac
kward Longs? skirmish in the gorse early doors)\, featuring surprising urb
 an ginnels\, river crossings\, moorland explorations\, bogs\, root-bestre
wn riverside pathways\, rocky uphill an downhill scrambles\, and abundant
shiggy.\n\nThose who'd impulsively transitioned to Summer trail kit (spec
ifically where it featured shorts) in the balmy daytime conditions of a (n
on-rainy!) Spring day\, were apprised of their rashness through the mediu
m of tiny lacerations\, courtesy of the various gorse thickets on trail (s
ome debate as to whether this was entirely necessary. Or if the gorse thic
kets were\, in fact\, on trail).\n\nAlso noteworthy was the absence of rai
n (I may have mentioned that already...) and a glorious\, fiery moon (some
what ingloriously known as a Worm Moon\, apparently) which proved yet anot
her distraction for excitable hashers.\n\nThen all back to the Exchange\,
where we were competing with live football in every room\, but treated to
the RA-stylings of the excellent Squashed Balls who thoughtfully recorded
his speaking notes for the evening's Scribe on a polystyrene takeaway box
(at least it wasn't a raw sausage - as\, and I think I speak for all Scri
bes [or\, indeed\, just 'all']\, I am always relieved to note whenever it
is not...). Unfortunately\, this helpful aide memoire was left in the pub\
, or these might have been a more accurate and entertaining record of even
 ts.\n\nDown Downs went to:\n\n\n Anchorman – Hare\n Rusty – Birthda
 y\n Beefy? – Ummm...\n (Probably) Olive ...\n Others...?! 😬😬\
