Use this form to let us know your Contact Details so we can record your Hashes (You’ll get a nice milestone T shirt every 100 Hashes!) and so we know who to call if you fall over and bang your head on the Moor!

If you change any information, just fill out this form again.

The ONLY part of this information that will be publicly exposed will be your Hash name and a count of your runs. If you would rather use a different name on display for personal privacy reasons (e.g. “Hasher 1234”) let us know.

WE DON’T SHARE THIS INFORMATION WITH ANYONE.

New or existing SH4 Hashers can use this form to let us know their contact and other details.

It's only intended for those actively Hashing with us and not for those with a passing interest in Hashing.

We use this information to record your Hash attendance and to create a Log Out / Log In card for when you start and finish a Hash so we know who's lost!

If you choose not to display your Hash name (or real name if you've not been named) on the Website, we'll display your Hash counts in the format of "Hasher 123" or similar. This is primarily aimed as a privacy measure for our Child Hashers.
You cannot choose your own Hash Name, it's chosen for you.
This is your official Hash Name chosen by fellow Hashers. You can't choose it yourself!
What was the name of the Hash that named you.?
We need this so we can sing you a Birthday song at the Hash Down Down in the Pub!

We give Hashers a free Milestone T-Shirt when they've completed 100, 200, 300, etc. Hashes. Let us know your preferences.
