We Hash from many locations in the South Hams. The location for a particular Hash is chosen by the Hares who volunteer to lay the trail.
Most Hashes will start (Circle Up) and end at the same location, usually a pub (the On Down). Locations listed below are the START location you should aim to arrive at in time for the start of the Hash. The actual ‘running’ part of Hash will also normally end at this location. However, a few Hashes start at locations with no pub (e.g. at a Car Park on Dartmoor). In these cases, the “On Down” (post Hash drinks location) will be given in the notes for the event.
Virtually all of these locations are Public venues, normally pubs. However there are occasionally Hashes from private houses or private premises which are obviously not open to the public.
